This poster was designed for The Buzzcocks' September 2014 appearance at The Black Cat in Washington, DC. The legendary British punk/powerpop band formed in 1976 is often considered to be one of the progenitors of the pop-punk genre. Though lead singer Pete Shelley passed away in 2018, just a few years after this show, the band continues to tour and release music today.
