This poster announced two dates at Smith Center & Lisner Auditorium, at George Washington University in Washington DC in April 1986 featuring Echo & The Bunnymen and The Cult. Echo and the Bunnymen were influential in the post-punk and new-wave movements of the late 1970s and 1980s. The cult are a British post-punk band that had just formed a few years prior.
