Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels were a popular rock group in the mid to late sixties. They recorded several hit records for labels DynoVoice Records and New Voice, most notably the classics "Devil with a Blue Dress On" and "Sock It to Me Baby!" and "Jenny Take a Ride!". Years later, Bruce Springsteen would often work covers of these classic Mitch Ryder hits into his "quarter to 3am" roof-ripping encore medleys. This original poster announced Ryder appearing at the Virginia Beach Dome on May 13th, 1972.
