This RARE handbill is appearing in our auction for the FIRST TIME! This issue that appears in the Art of Rock plate 2.328 promoted a series of events held at the Rio Nido Ballroom in Rio Nido, California in the fall of 1967. Though not listed on the handbill, the Grateful Dead are known to have played for one or two nights during September and are listed on the CGC slab. The artwork was created by Melinda Gebbie. This example remains in beautiful condition. Don't pass it up!
