An incredible Original Handbill created by Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse two of the most legendary artists of the era featuring Jefferson Airplane appearing with the Great Society (Featuring Grace Slick)! It is one of the most stunning and sought-after images in the entire Family Dog series. The original “Snake Lady” handbills were printed with runs of purple ink on white yellow and pink paper. This example is the OHB-A first variant on white paper. Eric King states in his guide: "The central image is a photographic reproduction of the painting Die Suene (Sin) by Franz (von) Stuck."
