This original concert poster was produced to promote the appearances of Delaney & Bonnie & Friends, The Flying Burrito Brothers, Smith, White Lightning and Jessie at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago on May 15th, 1970. The event also held an exhibition of paintings by portrait and landscape artist Wilma Parker. She attended school of The Art Institute of Chicago during the late 1960s to receive her masters degree and has since continued a successful art and painting career. Her work has appeared in numerous exhibitions around the country for decades. This concert poster is a relatively rare Aragon Ballroom Chicago issue that we have never offered in our auction until now!
