This is a "IT" Underground Newspaper ("International Times" from the UK), Issue Number 75 from March 1970. The cover features beautiful design by artist Rick Griffin. Despite constant Police harassment of the UK underground press, IT magazine continued to grow to a circulation of 40,000 in late 1968-69 until it's first demise in October 1973. There were just a few sporadic issues between 1974 and 1982.
