Presenting this Very Rare RECALLED Promotional Poster for the album "Slow Motion" by Man, created by Rick Griffin! The final version of this promo poster (and album cover) only featured a cropped version of this image, due to Mad Magazine's Bill Gaines not approving of the use of Alfred's face in full. The first full version you see here is rare! These promos were produced first, before Gaines vetoed them and they were recalled before issuing to retailers was complete. Alfred E. Newman became the popular logo of Mad Magazine in the 1950s and continued to be an influence on 1960s psychedelic poster artists.
