This poster was produced, for the Northwest Hall of Fame Rocky Awards on April 1st, 1988. Printed in one 400-poster print run in the spring of 1988 to commemorate the event. It looks great under blacklight, as well!
Features dot-screened image of Jimi Hendrix smoking a cigarette with his name weaving into his hair in psychedelic lettering. Other bands being honored are listed in psych lettering at the right side of the design.
Artwork by the infamous Doug Fast of Seattle, (See the Art of Rock page 376, plate 4.135 for an example of his work which features similar colors & style to this piece).
