This poster was produced for a stage show called "The Emergence" held at 660 Great Highway in San Francisco. It was put on by the Los Angeles Repertory Troupe. Approximately seven months after The Family Dog was forced out of the Avalon Ballroom, Chet Helms opened up shop on the Great Highway. The site was at the former Edgewater Ballroom part of the Playland at the Beach complex.
