This poster is featured in “The Art of Rock” Plate# 2.24 and was also featured as the cover art for the third Grateful Dead album The demand for this poster far exceeds the tiny available supply and that’s why it has appreciated steadily over the years. We see absolutely no reason why this trend will not continue and in fact accelerate with all of the fresh collectors and funds now entering the marketplace! A fantastic opportunity for the collector willing to act when the opportunity presents itself.

Perfect signed copies of this poster have reached as high as $7500 at public auction. This piece which is unsigned and exhibiting a few tiny imperfections should be available at a meaningful discount.

Condition Details – 100% Original with no restoration. This example is absolutely beautiful with super crisp paper. There is a tiny bottom left corner bump a light 1/4 inch bend in the top right corner a top left 1/4" corner bump a super light ink break on the left edge in the center and what appears to be a slightly rough area on the bottom edge that measures 3 1/2" long that appears to be a rough cut from the original cutting process. These are all incredible tiny flaws for this huge poster but all listed for 100% accuracy and conservatism.
