This lot includes the Thursday Night Original BG-199 Concert Ticket. The ticket is not CGC Graded however it would grade PAE Mint 97.
Here's an example of how brutal CGC can be with their grading. This poster is SUPER CLEAN with no pinholes. Two microscopic nicks i the edge that are barely visible to the naked eye and tspe pulls on the back are what keep this from a higher grade.
