The Ark was a small club that served as an after-hours hangout for many of the Bay Area bands of the early psychedelic era. Many bands would play their regular show at another club or ballroom and then show up at the Ark to play another set or two. This poster promoted Butch Engle & The Styx, Freudian Slips, and California Girls appearing at the venue in February 1967.
