We are pleased to present this very early, ultra-rare and highly prized collectible. Don't let the term Handbill fool you. While most handbills are roughly 5 x 8 1/2 inches, this is actually a mini-poster that measures approximately 12 3/8 x 15 19/32. This is the highly sought-after A version, printed in full color on ultra-thin white paper.

The FD-5 has tremendous historical significance as it is the first Family Dog concert held at the Avalon Ballroom, and the first artwork to feature the Family Dog slogan, May the baby Jesus shut your mouth and open your mind. This beautiful Wes Wilson design is one of the most popular in the entire series.

Condition: Factory folded in half, corner bumps.
