This poster from 2001 promoted the divestment from the U.S. Prison Industrial Complex. The Sara Olson defense fund committee produced it. Sara Jane Olson was a member of the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA), a left-wing militant group active in the 1970s. The SLA is best known for the kidnapping of Patty Hearst. Olson was involved in various criminal activities with the group, including a failed attempt to bomb police cars in Los Angeles.
