The Initial Shock moved to San Francisco in 1967 from Montana and featured members George Wallace William "Mojo" Collins Steve Garr and Brian Knaff. Guitarist George Wallace later worked with Janis Joplin. The band Initial Shock released two singles between 1967 and 1969 but no full albums. This tour blank poster was produced for the band in 1967.
