This original poster features Steppenwolf Siegal Schwall and the guitar god wizardry of Santana at the Avalon in 1968. As things were winding down for the Family Dogs stint at the Avalon the budget for promotion was reduced and the promoter began using black and white images for the posters. The last dozen or so posters from the FD Avalon series relied mostly on photographic imagery.
