The Yippies were formed in the 1960s by a group of activists, including Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, Paul Krassner, and others, who sought to blend the countercultural ethos of the hippie movement with radical politics and anti-authoritarianism. This poster promoted the "Yip-Out", an all-day event put on by the Yippies in New York's Central Park on April 14th, 1968.
