1964 Rolling Stones Freddie & The Dreamers Capitol Cinema Aberdeen Scotland Handbill Mint 91

This is the FIRST TIME we’ve offered this rare specimen in our auction. This original handbill / ticket order form was produced for the Rolling Stones and Freddie & The Dreamers appearing at the Capitol Cinema in Aberdeen, Scotland on May 19th, 1964. Additional acts scheduled to appear were Peter and Gordon, Tony Marsh, Mark Peters and the Silhouettes, Milly and the Five Embers, and Dave Berry and the Cruisers. During this time, the Stones were peaking on their first Top 10 British hit, "Not Fade Away". It’s hard to believe this old treasure has survived in such good condition all these years. This piece is in a different universe in regards to both quality and desirability when compared to most Stones relics from this era. This is an incredible and rare item that will not appear for auction again anytime soon. What a cool piece of rock and roll history!
