Presenting for the first time in our auction, this original flyer was produced for The Hook, Super Chicken, Brother Nigel's Proxy Party and Fear appearing at the Third Eye in Palos Verdes, California for a run of shows in late August 1967. The design was created by artist Randall Berendt III. The 3rd Eye was one of the very earliest clubs to showcase early folk-rock & Psych bands, including some of the earliest performances of Buffalo Springfield. The tiny, southern California club had an amazing psychedelic mural on the outside.
Condition: Handling, corner bumps, nick top right edge, edge toning.
