This original handbill was created by Randy Tuten for Big Brother and the Holding Company playing during a weekend at the Family Dog Great Highway in March 1970. Approximately seven months after The Family Dog was forced out of the Avalon Ballroom, Chet Helms opened up shop on the Great Highway. The site was at the former Edgewater Ballroom part of the Playland at the Beach complex. Due to budget constraints, relatively few posters were produced for the shows at 660 Great Highway. Mostly handbills were used to promote those concerts and they were printed in small quantities.

Condition: Bottom left corner crease, corner bumps, minor foxing bottom left.
