The advertisements for Family Dog events after they moved out of the Avalon Ballroom were printed in fewer quantities due to the reduced advertising budget of the "Dog" at the time. Here is a prime example of a later Family Dog handbill. This one advertised the New Riders of The Purple Sage, Mickey Hart & the Hartbeats, and Charlie Musselwhite at 660 Great Highway in San Francisco in April 1970. On April 18th, The Grateful Dead gave a "stealth" performance as "Mickey & the Hartbeats" and the recording was released in 2013 as a live album called "Family Dog at the Great Highway". It was mostly a set of acoustic numbers, some with John Dawson and David Nelson joining them. Jerry and Phil played with the New Riders, and Bob Weir played as "Bobby Ace & The Cards".
