This over-sized Carousel poster printed in Black and Silver ink was for a benefit show for artist Alton Kelley after his home caught fire. This “Fire Dance” poster is different from the one illustrated in the “Art of Rock as the original Date of May 8 and Jefferson Airplane have been printed over in silver ink. Apparently the date was changed and the Airplane removed from the line up.

This original printing measures 16 & 7/8” x 28 9/16”. The poster has a soft bend in the upper right corner and a single tape pull on the reverse that knocks it out of the “Mint “category. There are no nicks tears pinholes or restoration of any kind. This poster is featured in the Art of Rock Plate #2.173.
