This is the first time this rare, vintage original Elton John concert poster is appearing in our auction! This large sized tour blank was used to advertise several shows in Germany during the month of March in 1972. These shows occurred a couple months before he released the hit record Honky Chateau, one of John's most beloved albums, that contained the song Rocket Man. This is featured lot that should not be overlooked! We have never seen another one of these 1972 "tour blank" style posters for these Germany shows appear in our auction. Elton John is one of the most respected and colorful performers of all time. Incredible piano playing, incredible voice, he's got it all. He just recently bid farewell to live performances. Thank you for the songs, Elton.
