This poster has been trimmed on the top and bottom edges and therefore has been placed in a CGC "restored" holder. There was no restoration work done to this piece.
A very difficult to find, first printing poster produced for the 2nd Annual Berkeley Blues Festival held on April 15th, 1966 at Harmon Gymnasium in Berkeley featuring Muddy Waters, Lightning Hopkins, Mance Lipscomb and Clifton Chenier. A testament to UC Berkeley's good taste in student entertainment very early on. These same acts would also play the Fillmore as well. The poster also advertises the artists would be giving away free albums at the event. A unique vintage blues poster!
Condition: Trimmed, staple holes, tape pulls and pencil on reverse.
