Psychedelic Art Exchange is pleased to offer one of the most important and sought after concert posters ever issued, The Beatles at Candlestick Park on August 29th, 1966. This was the very LAST performance by the most important musical group of all time.
This large cardboard, original first printing poster was designed by late great legendary psychedelic poster artist Wes Wilson. It is unique amongst Beatles posters because it features psychedelic imagery as provided by Wilson, in contrast to the boxing style that was used for all other Beatles posters.
This First Printing poster was only released in a tiny quantity of 300 produced. Of those, most experts believe less than 50 examples still remain on this planet, in ANY condition.
When it comes to music memorabilia most experts agree that there is The Beatles, and then everyone else! As we have constantly explained to any collector that would listen over the past 13 years, the most historically important collectibles are THE FIRST and THE LAST of any particular item.
