The Vulcan was mostly a room for regional Texas artists and not frequented by the larger national touring acts of the day however this poster announced the appearance of Canned Heat a relatively popular blues/Rock band of the day at the venue. This killer poster was designed by the legendary comix artist Gilbert Shelton.
This poster measures 21 3/4” x 27 5/8 ” and is in high mint condition. Just a nearly invisible 5/32” lower left corner bump. There are no nicks tears pinholes or restoration of any kind.
