This handbill promoted shows held at the Fillmore East from March until June 1970. Many of the era's most legendary rock acts are listed including Joe Cocker, Van Morrison, Quicksilver, Santana, Jefferson Airplane, Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention. and Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young are featured. The Fillmore East was Bill Graham's contribution to the New York City music scene in the late 1960s. The venue operated from March 1968 to June 1971. During that period, the Fillmore East hosted some of the most memorable shows of the era.
