Here we have a great opportunity to acquire this image as the Pirate Printing, for far less than the Original or official reprints of this issue would command!

The FD 26 is without question one of the Holy Grails in the entire Psychedelic Concert Poster genre. This world-famous piece of art was designed by the legendary 1960s concert poster artists Stanley Mouse and the late Alton Kelley.

The story of Mouse and Kelley searching the stacks at the San Francisco library for an appropriate illustration for the poster is well documented. The duo discovered this illustration by 19th-century artist, Edward Joseph Sullivan, for an edition of the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam.

An Original First Printing of this poster sold last year for $118,750 in another public auction! This pirate printing poster offers you the same iconic, world-famous art at a much more affordable price level.
