This handbill was created for one of the benefit events held at the Fillmore Auditorium called Turn On. Featured was the great line-up of Jefferson Airplane, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Country Joe & the Fish and the Loading Zone. Artwork by Allan "GUT" Terk, a legendary outlaw biker and former president of the San Bernadino Chapter of the Hells Angels. Gut was a member of the Merry Pranksters and also the band manager for Blue Cheer. He designed two notable Big Brother Sokol Hall concert posters as well as the Acid Test Graduation poster featured in the Art of Rock 2.209, and a myriad of other concert poster artworks.
