This is just the second time we have offered this vintage original handbill ticket order form in our auction! The West London Jazz Festival was held on June 20th, 1964. The Yardbirds during this year had Eric Clapton in the band and had just signed with EMI Columbia in February. Early Yardbirds material is highly sought after and requested frequently in our auctions. They were the breeding ground for some of the greatest modern Blues guitarists of all time. At various periods during their heyday, Eric Clapton Jeff Beck, and Jimmy Page three of the most iconic guitar players of the era were the gunslingers in the band.
