This is the Forgery / Pirate Printing of this popular Rick Griffin poster. This version of this poster, printed on thinner paper, was not printed or licensed by Gordon McClelland or Rick, and so should be considered an unauthorized copy. The image was created for Rick's merchandise company that was named California Graffix Exchange. The poster is not the poster that advertised Hendrix at the Shrine in 1968, it was a later commemorative poster. Here we have a great opportunity to acquire this image as the Pirate Printing, for far less than the official printing of this issue would command!
