This original handbill was produced for a concert by Steppenwolf at the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds on February 11th, 1969. The Canadian band was one of the more successful bands of the era with huge paydays for the hits "Born to be Wild" and "Magic Carpet Ride". This beautiful piece was designed by artist Timothy Dixon. Dixon also designed artwork on promo material for additional shows during the same tour in Kansas City, Houston, New Haven, and Providence.
