In September 1993 DGC Records released the Nirvana album “In Utero”. It was the follow-up record after “Nevermind” had launched them into a worldwide success. The cover album art contained medical textbook imagery conveying frontman Kurt Cobain's outlook on his publicized life and his band's newfound fame. Though the image on this piece is different, it has the same effect. This is a large original Promotional Poster issued by the record company during the release of the album.
