Haight Street's neighborhood venue during the late 60s was the Straight Theater. The Straight was home to many of the great acts of the day. Its history is rich and interesting. This original Malachi and Asoki Fakir Poster recently surfaced from a long held collection of vintage Straight Theater material and we've never auctioned one before. The band Malachi, who released their album "Holy Music" the year prior, were like a sonic fusion between pure avant-garde and divine cosmic folk music.
