This Grateful Dead tour blank from 1971 features Alton Kelley's artwork design for the legendary 1971 Grateful Dead double live album - often referred to by fans as "Bertha" (because of the first song) or "Skull Fuck". When the band submitted the latter name as what they wanted for the album title it was rejected by Warner Brothers for obvious reasons. The general public probably knows it as the Skull & Roses double live album from '71 - as the record company ended up calling it Grateful Dead.
