This item is part of a long-held collection of vintage Baltimore punk material, which has just recently been unearthed for the first time! This vintage punk flyer was produced for Half Japanese and Food For Worms appearing at the Odd Fellows Hall in Baltimore City, Maryland during November 1982. Half Japanese was a art-punk band formed by brothers Jad and David Fair in the late 1970s after the family's relocation to Uniontown, Maryland. Their original instrumentation included a small drum set, which they took turns playing, vocals, and an out-of-tune distorted guitar. Both Fair brothers sang, although over time Jad moved into the frontman role. The Odd Fellows Hall in Baltimore is a historic building that was the meeting place of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows fraternal organization back in the day. The location is now an apartment building.
Condition: Pinholes top corners, toning, handling.
