This double-sided poster was created for Commander Cody and Lost Planey Airmen at the Armadillo World Headquarters in Austin, Texas for two nights in April 1976.
The Armadillo World Headquarters opened in Austin just after the closing of the Vulcan Gas Company. It went on to become the premiere venue in that musically rich city from 1970-1980. This legendary club offered an incredibly eclectic range of performers in its 10-year tenure. The posters from these shows represent one of the greatest collections of poster art available anywhere.
Condition: Tape stains and pulls, edge toning, a couple nips on top edge.
