1967 The Seeds Continental Ballroom Santa Clara Poster Near Mint 83

This rare Original First Printing poster designed by artist Frank Cannon advertized The Seeds at the Continental Ballroom in Santa Clara California during October of 1967. Kid Afrika And The Flowers were in support. The Seeds got their start in Los Angeles during the mid-sixties and blossomed during the psychedelic era a couple years later. They were renowned for their proto-punk garage rock sound. The Seeds have been among the most frequently cited pre-punk influences by musicians since the 1960s. Cover versions of various Seeds songs have been performed live by The Ramones and The Smashing Pumpkins.
