This large original poster was produced by the great Peter Max featuring a design based on the Apollo 11 moon landing. The poster exhibits a quote by Indian spiritual master Meher Baba. Artist Peter Max designed a series of fantastic Art / Headshop posters in the late '60s and early '70s. Max was one of the most successful commercial artists of the era and popularized the imagery and color schemes that were created by the San Francisco poster artists. This issue is "4" in the series. We sold Moon Landing "3" series poster last year for $300.
Condition: Edge wear, handling, crease going diagonal bottom right.
