We are pleased to offer this RARE AOR issue in our auction for the very FIRST TIME! This original first printing poster was produced for Jefferson Airplane performing in the Men's Gymnasium on the campus of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California on May 19th, 1967. This was just months after the band released their legendary second studio album, Surrealistic Pillow. Only 200 examples of this piece were produced. The iconic design was created by artist Donald Richard Pimentel, though the piece remains uncredited in the Art of Rock book. This poster should not be overlooked and is one of the highlights of this auction!
