Original concert poster for Alice 'n Chains appearing at Kane Hall at the University of Washington in Seattle on May 16th 1987. This was early in the band's career. Alice 'N Chains ended up in two incarnations going from glam rock to grunge metal through several changes. In this first lineup they played for about a 12-month period and recorded two demos before breaking up a few months after this Backstage show. By the early 90s a new shape of the group (and slight name change Alice IN Chains) became a major force in grunge & metal.
