A super rare early U2 cardboard poster! In 1981 this young talented band was just beginning to get their footing and in a few short years turned into one of the biggest bands of the decade. This poster is sure to be a collector’s dream!
The historic Colby Poster Printing Company produced promotional material between 1948 and 2012 and they became legendary for their signature fluorescent inks and bold all-caps typography although none of the original staff had any formal design training. They were members of the letterpress union the screen printers union and the typesetters union.
