An rare, original double-sided 1967 Ella Fitzgerald Handbill from the Indiana University Auditorium in Bloomington Indiana! This is the first of its kind to ever appear in our auction. Ella Fitzgerald made her singing debut at the Apollo Theater when she was 17 years old on November 21 1934. Fitzgerald's performances pulled in a weekly audience at the Apollo and she won the opportunity to compete in one of the earliest of its "Amateur Nights".
