This large original poster advertised Grand Funk and Mott The Hoople appearing on a December 1971 date at Festhalle in Frankfurt, Germany. This was during their power-trio era featuring Mark Farner, Mel Schacher on bass, and Don Brewer on drums. A year later Grand Funk Railroad added Craig Frost on keyboards full-time. This arena-rock band toured extensively during the early seventies and played to packed venues worldwide.
