This vintage Dead handbill was produced for Abe Lincoln’s Birthday Party at the Fillmore on February 12th, 1967 featuring the Grateful Dead Moby Grape Sly and the Family Stone and more. The concert was booked as a Benefit show for the Council for Civic Duty. It's no secret that handbills are much easier to counterfeit than posters. Original Concert Handbills have become an extremely hot area of the market now that CGC authentication has greatly increased collector confidence and enthusiasm for this segment of the market. 100% Original with no restoration!
