This limited edition Green Day poster was designed by Coop for the band's show at the Olympic Auditorium in December 1995. Just a few months prior Green Day had released their fourth studio album Insomniac. This was their second album to be released on a major label after the success of their 1994 album Dookie. The band has gone on to release 9 more studio albums since and is still active today.
Chris Cooper AKA Coop is one of the most popular poster artists of the modern era. He is well known for his comic book-style artwork that often features 1950s pinup-style women B-movie monsters robots and devils. His style is generally colorful and humorous in nature.
