We are pleased to offer this RARE Grateful Dead issue for the FIRST time in our auction! It was designed for the band's 1971 Halloween show at the Ohio Theater in Columbus, Ohio. The New Riders of the Purple Sage opened the show with Jerry joining the band on pedal steel. The Dead's set from that evening appears on Dick's Picks Volume 2. The classic skull & roses image featured on the poster is the same one that appeared on the band's self-titled album, which was released the month before.
