This Pink Floyd Original Tour Program was produced for their 1977 "In The Flesh" tour supporting their studio album "Animals". The US tour book features live full color photographs of the band as well as surreal images of Battersea Power Station, featured on both front & back covers. Original Printing Published by Brockum Int'l in New York. The U.S. tour variant of this tour book differs only very slightly from the U.K. tour version. Many of the concerts in this era were heavy as the album contained some of the most scathing lyrics the Floyd had put on vinyl up to this point. The North American stadium concert dates especially had a strong impact on songwriter Roger Waters. Events on this tour had direct involvement in his creation of "The Wall" two years later. This is only the second example of this vintage program to appear in our auction!
