This original poster by Victor Moscoso promotes the appearance of the The Cloud in Stockton California. The Neon Rose Series was Moscoso's personal venture in which he implemented the creation, sale, and promotion of his work. Many of the posters were created for shows at the Matrix. This NR-11 issue and several others were created for another small venue, The Webb in Stockton, California.
